What You'll Do:
- Lead Projects: Manage land referencing, secure project access, and negotiate compensation claims with landowners.
- Client Relations: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and professional advisers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Land Transactions: Oversee acquisitions, compensation claims, servitudes/wayleaves, and renewable energy deals.
- Contribute Across Sectors: Work alongside diverse teams to support public and private clients with 21st-century land solutions.
About You:
- Experience: Experience in project management, surveying, forestry or utilities is essential.
- Self-Starter: A motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills to foster relationships and drive business development.
- Organised & Knowledgeable: Agile in task management with solid market insight across the rural, forestry, and farming sectors.
- Bonus Skills: Practical farming/forestry experience and basic understanding of wayleaves.
