We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Workers to join our team. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the physical, emotional, and social development of the children in our care.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day care and support to children and young people
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting children with their educational and recreational activities
  • Providing emotional support and promoting positive behaviour
  • Administering medication as prescribed
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children and young people
  • Must have at least 6 months UK care experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and empathetic nature
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • A valid UK driver’s license is desirable
