Job Title: Residential Childcare Worker
Location: Ayrshire and surrounding areas UK
Salary: £12ph – 14ph
Job Type: Full-time & Part-time opportunities available

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Workers to join our team. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the physical, emotional, and social development of the children in our care.
Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day care and support to children and young people
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting children with their educational and recreational activities
- Providing emotional support and promoting positive behaviour
- Administering medication as prescribed
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children and young people
- Must have at least 6 months UK care experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring and empathetic nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A valid UK driver’s license is desirable
