Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Providing updates on orders, stock levels, documentation, and back-order statuses.
  • Working closely with logistics and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assisting with order processing and customer inquiries as required.
  • Staying informed about product updates and company developments.

About You:

  • A proven track record in customer service within a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident in the use of Microsoft Office and related systems.
  • Knowledge of industry practices or technical expertise would be advantageous.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Sage or Salesforce is beneficial.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is desirable but not essential.
