Key Responsibilities:

- Providing updates on orders, stock levels, documentation, and back-order statuses.

- Assisting with order processing and customer inquiries as required.
- Staying informed about product updates and company developments.
About You:
- A proven track record in customer service within a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Office and related systems.
- Knowledge of industry practices or technical expertise would be advantageous.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Sage or Salesforce is beneficial.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in additional languages is desirable but not essential.
