Description
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in machinery
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Work collaboratively with the engineering team
- Document all maintenance and repair activities
- Assist in the installation of new equipment
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the manufacturing process
Profile
A successful Mechanical Maintenance Technician should have:
- Strong background in mechanical maintenance within the industrial/manufacturing sector
- Proficiency in the use of mechanical tools and equipment
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair mechanical faults
- Understanding of Health and Safety regulations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to participate in continuous improvement activities
- Experience in documenting maintenance and repair activities
