Bar Manager

We are a fast-growing hospitality group with multiple bar and hotel venues in Ayr. We are seeking an energetic and experienced Bar Manager for our Wellingtons Bar location close to the beach in Ayr. Wellingtons is Ayrs original basement bar and has been an iconic bar in the town for almost 4 decades. The successful candidate will join the business as our rejuvenation efforts get underway at Wellingtons, and will have the drive, enthusiasm and bar management skills necessary to return the bar to its former position as the top destination bar in Ayr. The legacy of Wellingtons as a key live music venue will be enhanced, and an appreciation and understanding of the local music scene will be beneficial for the successful candidate.
