Description
- Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
- Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.
- Creating and updating expense reports.
- Processing reimbursement forms.
- Participating in quarterly and annual audits.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy.
- Assisting with other accounting projects as needed.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- Experience within a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with Excel.
- An understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Job Offer
- An hourly wage ranging between £12.60 and £15.40, dependent on the individual's skills and experience.
