As a result the requirement for tech professionals has shot upward, and IT recruiters have never been busier. This well-established agency leads the UK market, specialising in IT appointments at all levels including senior leadership, working with clients and candidates across the UK.
Clients range across sectors to include professional services, e-commerce/retail, financial services, digital and creative agencies, rapidly expanding SMEs and new tech start-ups, across the UK.
As a result of ongoing expansion, a trainee consultant is now sought to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a solid graduate with professional written and verbal communication skills, a positive and enthusiastic mindset, and the focus and drive to make a successful career as a blue chip recruiter.
No previous recruitment experience is necessary as full training and mentoring will be provided. Some experience within a commercial environment would be preferable, but is not essential for the right person.
Competitive basic + commission. First year OTE £28-30k.
