Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Training Consultant / Technical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the crash repair industry, particularly in Bodyshop management, and possess a deep understanding of AutoFlow's Bodyshop Management System. This field-based role requires travel to customer locations to deliver both onboarding and ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities for Training Consultant / Technical Trainer:

  • Deliver in-depth training sessions on AutoFlow's Bodyshop Management System.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and effective use of the system.
  • Provide additional training and support to existing customers to enhance their system utilization.
  • Work closely with the Training Implementation Manager to evaluate training needs and continuously refine training materials and methods.
  • Collect customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing training programs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and AutoFlow product updates to ensure training content is relevant and up to date.

Qualifications and Skills for Training Consultant / Technical Trainer:

  • 10+ years of experience in the crash repair industry, with a strong focus on bodyshop management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of AutoFlow's Bodyshop Management System.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple training sessions concurrently.
  • A self-motivated and team-oriented mindset, with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively to customer locations.
