You will be the key liaison between internal staff and clients. You will provide proactive customer service, ensuring that KPI's are met.
Duties:
- Ensure diary bookings are effective
- Oversee daily workload of clients
- Format and send reports
- Update the database
- Book internal and external appointments
- Ensure PO numbers are obtained
- Keep clients up to date
- General administration
Your skills/experience:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organised
- Resilience
Salary: Up to 25,000pa
Location: South Cambs - working in the office 2-3 days a week, the rest from home
Hours: Full time
