Our client is seeking a highly organised Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to learn new skills while expanding their office experience.

 *You will need a driving licence and own transport due to the location of the office*

Responsibilities of the Administrator:

  • Answering calls from main telephone line and transferring where relevant.
  • Set up referrals, arrange calls, send outcome reports and health questionnaires to clients. 
  • Liaise with clients daily, managing any client requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Send out standard letters as well as supporting the team with ad-hoc requests to assist on workload.
  • Support the Data Manager with monthly auditing, employee records storage and retention periods.
  • Assist with the creation of user guides for all system users.
  • May be required on occasions to attend client meetings to take minutes, cover reception duties and provide general administrative support to the business.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the project team to assist with the company’s system migration as well as working with them to problem solve and provide solutions.

Requirements for the Occupational Health Administrator:

  • Previous experience working within administration would be ideal.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships is essential
  • Confident in day-to-day tasks and proactive in handling problems.
  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (12-month contract until December 2025).

Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) 2 days working from home (Monday & Friday)
