Production Engineer required for a well-established manufacturing company with an international customer base. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to play an integral role in the delivery of projects and process improvements within a company who truly look after their staff.
Candidates need experience using 3D CAD software and have worked in any manufacturing/production environment.
Working within a team of five, the successful Production Engineer will work on both large strategic projects and smaller projects focused on process improvements. You will work within a lean manufacturing environment as the company has 5S methodology in place.
The Production Engineer Role:
· Both Hands on / Desk work
· Using Inventor to create designs of jigs, fixtures, and production equipment
· Research of new equipment and processes
· Implementation of corrective measures
· Support work on prototypes and the testing of new products
The Production Engineer Candidate:
· Experience in any manufacturing environment
· 3D CAD experience
