If so, we would love to hear from you!The RoleAs an ICT Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love for technology and helping students develop essential ICT skills. You will have the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development and work with supportive colleagues. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality ICT lessons, ensuring all students are challenged and supported to achieve their potential.
- Develop engaging and innovative teaching resources to inspire and motivate students.
- Assess, record and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and interventions where necessary.
- Contribute to the development of the ICT curriculum and wider school initiatives.
- Support the school's ethos and values, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Essential Criteria:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in ICT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- A strong understanding of the ICT curriculum and the ability to deliver engaging lessons to a range of abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- A commitment to promoting high standards of teaching and learning.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in teaching Computer Science or programming.
- Familiarity with modern educational technologies and software.
- A willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities, such as coding clubs or STEM initiatives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
