- Proven sales experience, within the manufacturing / engineering sectors either working in or selling to.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience of working for an MRO provider
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
- Good understanding of the food industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel, using their won vehicle, within their area.
