Do you have previous experience within a similar role?

Day to day duties:

Manage end to end casework for commercial, home, motor, EL & PL claims
Support the executive team at meetings and with client enquiries
Ensure that all records are accurate and up to date
Communicate with clients, insurers and repairers where required to help support claims
