I am seeking a temporary Accounts Assistant to support my clients finance team for the next three months. The role involves assisting with the purchase ledger, processing invoices, making payments to suppliers, and more. This position is ideal for someone with prior experience in a similar role who can quickly adapt and contribute effectively.
Day-to-day of the role:- Assist the Accounts Assistant with the purchase ledger.
- Process invoices.
- Make timely payments to suppliers.
- Help with supplier statement reconciliations.
- Process the daily direct debit run to collect customer payments.
- Assist with collating information in response to audit requests.
- A couple of years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with finance software.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
