Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant for our client based in Bagshot.

Role: Finance Assistant

Location: Bagshot - Office Based

Salary: Circa 28,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions for meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions across multiple European countries.
  • Process accounts payable, including creating purchase orders, approving supplier invoices, and setting up payments.
  • Handle sales ledger activities, such as creating quotes and raising client invoices.
  • Support credit control efforts to ensure timely payment collection.
  • Assist with monthly bank reconciliations in various currencies.
  • Provide monthly reports to the management team.
  • Assist the project team with general administration duties.

The ideal candidate

  • Prior experience in an office-based finance administration role is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and working knowledge of Xero or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with project management systems like Wrike.
