We are working with a privately owned, well-run, growing Principle Contractor, based on the outskirts of Reading
They're delivering a wide range of multi-disciplinary refurbishment & new build construction projects, up to 20 million in value, across a range of sectors including Formula One Motorsport, High End Commercial Office, Light Industrial & NHS.
They are looking for a Capital Works Contracts Manager to be based on sites and from home.
The Project values this person would be managing range from 500k to 2 million & often incorporate Construction, Structural, Interiors and M&E Services Packages.
Projects are typically located in Berkshire, Bucks, Surrey, Kent, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire & Greater London
Reporting to the Op's Director you will be responsible for managing subcontractors , working closely with each client whilst managing project budgets.
The role attracts a basic salary of 75k-85k ( DOE) plus electric company car/car allowance, pension, medical, company bonus & 25 days holiday ( + BH).
