Job Details:

JobMatcha are recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bagshot, Surrey this is an office-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

Senior Quantity Surveyor Duties will include managing commercial support for projects, reporting and assisting with contract negotiation, contract support. Successful candidate will have proven QS experience at senior level in infrastructure environments. Knowledge of NEC contracts Options C and E are required. Experience of dealing with National Highways would be essential. Working within CEMAR environment would also be required. Successful candidate required ASAP. Preferred location would be Bagshot, Surrey or local whilst a permanent candidate is sought and onboarded.

Key skills and qualifications required:

Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills, Experience in preparing BOQ and cost planning, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations, Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or relevant industry certifications (e.g., RICS) would be preferred, however, not a mandatory requirement
