We are seeking a temporary Accounts Payable Assistant to support our finance team for the next three months. This role involves managing the purchase ledger, processing invoices, making payments to suppliers, and assisting with financial reconciliations and audits. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist with managing the purchase ledger.
  • Process invoices.
  • Execute timely payments to suppliers.
  • Conduct supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Manage the daily direct debit run to collect customer payments.
  • Assist with collating information for audit requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an accounts payable role.
