As Chef de Partie, you'll be a crucial part of this established kitchen team, assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients.   • Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high end environment, preferably in a Hotel

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of diverse and high-quality dishes
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Head Chef to manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficient service and exceptional food quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Engage in daily kitchen tasks such as food preparation, storage, and inventory management
  • Support other kitchen staff during peak times, fostering a collaborative and professional kitchen environment
