What You’ll Do
- Answer customer questions via phone and email promptly and professionally.
- Handle complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers on how to use our products/services and provide helpful tips.
- Work with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
