Sonic Summary

The job involves writing and completing product specifications for various stakeholders, including retailers and customers.
Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the bakery or complex products sector.
The position requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure as a team player.
A salary of $60,000 to $70,000 is offered for this role.
HAACP/Food Safety Training is essential, along with good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Write and complete product specifications for retailers, customers, and own brands
Share account responsibility with the Technical Services/Technical Manager
Understand primary account requirements, including retailer/customer codes and standards
Ensure high-standard specification completion, meeting KPIs
Administer retailer systems, managing specifications and artwork, and communicate updates internally
Generate pack copies for own brand specifications, including legal names
Review and and approve artwork, coordinating with third parties and print houses
Assist NPD team with nutritional calculatins and submission forms for product launches
Participate in pre and post-launch reviews as needed
Support additional projects like packaging matrix reviews

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within bakery/complex products
Use own initiative
Ability to work under pressure and team player
