Role: NPD Technologist

Location: Bala, North Wales

Salary: £40k plus benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5

Are you a customer facing NPD technologist.

We need a superstar NPD Technologist to ensure customer critical paths for project briefs are adhered to, launching products on time. Supporting briefs with innovative ideas and trends through market data and research.

You will preferably be educated to degree level, by no means essential.

You have experience working within an NPD technologist role in the food industry essential, ideally within bakery.

Knowledge and experience of bakery ingredient functionality

Be conversant with retailer Codes of Practice and Policies desirable - Tesco, Sainsbury’s, CO-OP, Aldi, Asda, Morrisons, Iceland, Lidl, Bidfood and Premier / Cadbury would be an advantage.
