Finished Goods Controller

Location: North Wales

On-site with some flexibility for hybrid working (at least one day per week)

Salary: 35k

Hours: Monday to Friday – Open to discussion - 9am – 5pm / 7am – 3pm / 8 am – 4pm.

Are you an meticulous and organised Stock Control Coordinator? Our client, a leading bakery product manufacturer, is seeking an Stock Control Coordinator with excellent communication skills to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control stock using the company’s ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Nav) and 3rd party consolidators.
  • Review production plans and report on plan to commercial team.
  • Monitor customer forecasts, flagging significant changes or anomalies.
  • Maintain and update internal trackers for seasonal and promotional stock.
  • Manage stock rotation, best before dates, and third-party consolidator picks.
  • Create and share key reports, updating KPIs daily and weekly.
  • Track and update PODs and debit notes.
  • Support in booking transport for daily and seasonal goods to meet delivery deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Ideally FMCG, food, bakery or manufacturing background.
  • Knowledge of demand and capacity planning.
  • Experience working with ERP/MSP systems.
