What’s in it for you?

  • Working Days & Nights on a 6 weeks rolling rota with 2x 5 day breaks
  • Nights: 18:00pm - 6:00am
  • Days: 6:00am - 18:00pm

As the Maintenance Engineer:

  • Expected to carry out all maintenance across the factory
  • Attend to breakdowns onsite ensuring that there is always a quick response
  • Ensure all breakdowns are managed time effectively with all plant equipment and machinery
  • To carry out repairs on all machinery during production efficiently either alone or as part of the team
  • To carry out PPM onsite with a pro-active approach
  • Must carry out planned KPI’S and plant times
  • Deliver improvement work on machinery and site work
  • Improve OEE
  • Ensure you adhere to all Health and Safety
  • Supporting the running of the factory by resolving breakdowns as well as the service and repair of production equipment in line with GMP policies and safe working procedures

What you’ll need:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in engineering
  • Must have experience with the food industry
  • Preferred experience using Metal Detectors, Mixers, Flow Wrappers
  • 17th or 18th Edition Certification
  • Engineering Qualification NVQ Level 3 or Higher
