The NPD Process Technologist role is based in Bala, North Wales, offering a salary of £30-32k plus benefits.
The position requires managing the transition of approved kitchen samples to full production scale-up and championing trial meetings with production.
Candidates should have experience in a process technologist role within the food industry, preferably in bakery, along with knowledge of bakery ingredient functionality.
A relevant degree is preferred but not essential, and candidates must have at least Level 3 Food Hygiene qualifications and understanding of HACCP principles.

Role: NPD Process Technologist

Location: Bala, North Wales

Salary: £30-32k plus benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5

You will manage the transition of approved kitchen samples to full production scale up. Champion trial meetings with production to ensure clear communications. Trail data capture for successful product repeatability come launch. Support with sample requirements for customers / couriers.

You will preferably be educated to relevant degree level, by no means essential.

You will have experience working within a process technologist role in the food industry essential, ideally within bakery.

Knowledge and experience of bakery ingredient functionality

Understanding of HACCP Principles and suitably qualified (Level 3 minimum)

Food Hygiene Qualified
