You'll be joining at an excellent time as they look to expand their management team.As part of a team of 2 Shift Managers, you will be responsible for the day-to-day factory operations, including output, staff development, yield control, waste reduction, technical and quality standards, and driving operational improvements through gathering and analysing data.The Role:

• Responsible for the day-to-day factory operations.
• Including output, staff development, yield control, waste reduction, technical and quality standards
• Subsidized local gym membership - including gym, pool, and fitness classes
• £200 signing bonus at weeks 13 and 26

The Person:

• Experience as a Production Manager
• Experience of working within the food industry is preferred but not essential
• Actively Committed to team development
