Due the ambition of the business and the growth opportunity this role of Senior National Account Manager is focussed on the foodservice channel with particular emphasis on wholesale and distribution. The role will require a strong network in foodservice channels and will be about developing strategic partnerships and driving sales growth as well as manging key account relationships.
This a Senior NAM role and will suit someone that isn't necessarily looking for people management, but the real opportunity to create and grow a new channel and be the foodservice expert within the commercial team. To be successful in the role you will
- Have an extensive track record in key account management within foodservice working for a food manufacturing business
- Have demonstrable experience of establishing, managing, and growing national accounts, achieving sales targets, and developing strategic client relationships
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the foodservice customers, including market dynamics, key players, and industry trends
- Be a strong negotiator with experience in securing and managing long-term contracts
