Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Cook to join an Adult Day Centre based in Newark on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This role is working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Duties:

Order ingredients to make high quality meals for residents
Plan and prepare 2 course meals for residents
Ensure that food is presented and portioned correctly
Be responsible for security of the kitchen, dining and food storage areas
Maintaining stock levels

Requirements:

Either City &Guilds 706/1/2, NVQ Level in food preparation or equivalent.
Knowledge of responsibilities under the food safety act and associated legislation
Knowledge of menu planning
