As a Moulding Operations Engineer / Operations Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Technical Expertise - Work closely with customers on sales enquiries, material selection, tooling options, estimates, and production timelines.
- Continuous Improvement - Identify and implement enhancements within the mouldshop and across operations.
- Quality & Compliance - Ensure all products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, handling associated documentation.
- Health & Safety - Maintain high H&S standards and address any potential concerns proactively.
In order to fulfil the role of Moulding Operations Engineer / Operations Manager, we're looking for:
- Proven Experience - You have a strong background in plastic injection moulding, likely as a Process Engineer, Tooling Engineer, Project Engineer, or Moulding Manager.
- Technical Knowledge - Expertise in materials, tooling, and processing, with the ability to provide consultative advice.
- Customer-Focused Mindset - Confidence in liaising with clients, ensuring they receive top-quality service.
- Process Optimisation - A keen eye for lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, with the ability to inspire and influence change.
