They have a vibrant team and are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and ambitious surveyor to join them.This job is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction management or surveying experience.THE ROLE:

Based in Baldock and covering Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, Cambridgeshire and North London.
Formulate tender packages by attending site visits and surveys, identifying potential hazards/difficulties, and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
Assisting in managing risk on projects.
Formulate pricing of simple schedules of work, bills of quantities, and specifications based on site visits and client briefs.
Breaking projects down into specialist trade contractors and/or material supply packages and obtaining quotations.
Cash flow forecasting.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience in construction management or surveying.
Relevant qualifications are beneficial.
Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Great communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a commitment to quality work.
Driving license.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

£26,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience.
