Administration Assistant – About our client:
Our client is a small, busy office providing Membership Administration services to a variety of organisations. Their friendly and collaborative team manages a range of customer-focused tasks, ensuring excellent service delivery.

Administration Assistant – Job Details:

  • Full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Office-based, working hours between 9 am and 5 pm (35 hours per week)
  • Holiday entitlement: 22 days plus Bank Holidays
  • £11.44 per hour

Administration Assistant – Responsibilities:

  • Handling membership administration, including new member applications, subscription renewals, and payment processing
  • Preparing letters and despatching mailings
  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries from the general public
  • Managing post and other general office duties
  • Maintaining membership records using Microsoft CRM
  • Assisting with the promotion of seminars and conferences
  • Attending and supporting the organisation’s Annual Event in London (may require overnight stay)

Administration Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

  • Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly CRM software (previous experience is advantageous)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
  • Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic work ethic
  • Previous experience in an office environment is desirable
