Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your specialty section.
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing new dishes.
- Ensure food is prepared efficiently and to a high standard.
- Prepare meats, fish, and other ingredients as required.
- Assist with maintaining health and safety standards in the kitchen.
