Role: Front of House Supervisor
Location: Newbury
Salary: 24,375 + Tronc & Bonuses
Hours: 40 hours per week

What's involved?
- Act as a liaison between front of house assistants and supervisors, and management ensuring good levels of internal communication
- Manage the rota alongside the general manager ensuring labour budgets are not exceeded and contracted hours are prioritised over zero hours contracts.
- Ongoing supervision and training of the staff within the pub, coffee shop and hotel
- Supervising and running services in the bar, restaurant and coffee shop and ensuring high standards are met
- Assist in the induction and training of new employees
- Assist in ensuring all weekly orders are received and appropriately stored and practise proper product rotation
- Ensure established standards of cleanliness and sanitation are being met, as well as supervising daily and weekly cleaning
- Participate in staff and management meetings
- Assist with daily reporting, ordering, and stock taking
- Ensure opening and/or closing duties are completed efficiently and thoroughly
- Managing bookings for both the hotel and restaurant knowledge and experience
- Experience of supervising a small team
- Experience of hotel booking systems is preferred
