Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef, maintaining consistency and excellence in all dishes
- Contribute to menu development, bringing creativity and innovation to our seasonal offerings
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control to maximize efficiency and minimize waste
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment

What Were Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a high-quality restaurant or hotel environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- A passion for using fresh, local ingredients to create memorable dishes
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume service with ease
