A prestigious luxury hotel in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park is seeking an experienced reservations professional to join their award-winning team.

About the Role: The Assistant Reservations Manager will support the Revenue & Reservations Manager and the Reservations Team to deliver exceptional service, exceeding guest expectations and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in controlling rates and inventory
  • Ensuring all rates are loaded in the GDS and Opera cloud system
  • Monitoring and reporting on booking trends
  • Supervising Reservationists in their daily duties
  • Training and developing the Reservations team
  • Contributing to achieve Room Revenue and Overall Revenue targets

About You: The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience with Opera Cloud PMS
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
  • Proven experience in a similar luxury 5-star hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring others
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • A passion for delivering exceptional experiences
