We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join a boutique hotel as we introduce an exciting new menu for the 2025 season. Day-to-day of the role:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef, ideally in a boutique hotel or similar environment.
  • Experience working in kitchens with up to one rosette is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to source and collaborate with local suppliers and growers.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team under pressure.
  • Creative culinary skills with a passion for innovation and quality.
  • Professional culinary qualification is preferred.
