The Service Manager role:

As a Service Manager, you will be instrumental in the smooth and efficient running of the Service Department, focusing on training, targets, and customer satisfaction.

You will ensure the highest standards are met and maintained by overseeing key functions, including:

+ Leading the service team+ Managing the service department to ensure the achievement of KPIs+ Monitoring staff training needs and ensuring training and development plans are in place+ Providing advice and signing-off on key issues including warranty claims, processes and operations, local promotions, marketing activity, resource requirements and goodwill gestures+ Working in collaboration with colleagues and other teams as a key member of the centre

About you:

+ Have centre and service department experience+ Hold previous management experience and wish to build on this+ Enjoy constantly meeting new people and building rapport and connections+ Strong communication skills and enjoy presenting ideas to others+ Passionate about the automotive industry and want to work in the world’s biggest manufacturer
