We are seeking a Team/Personal Secretary to join our dynamic team at Psychology of Older Peoples Service (POPS) in Braid Valley Hospital, Ballymena! Position: Team/Personal Secretary

Location: Psychology of Older Peoples Service (POPS), Spruce House, Braid Valley Hospital site, Ballymena
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (exclusive of meal times)
Pay: Competitive
Type: Temporary, with flexible working provisions available
Start Date: As soon as possible



What You'll Do:

  • Secretarial Support: Provide secretarial services to senior staff, including organising meetings and maintaining diaries.
  • Documentation Management: Type reports, memos, letters, and forms from various sources.
  • Clerical Assistance: Offer clerical support to other staff members as needed.
  • Meeting Administration: Arrange administrative support during meetings, including minute-taking.
  • Communication Management: Handle mail and inquiries, ensuring effective communication within the department.
  • Data Management: Input and retrieve information from computerised systems and maintain manual records.


Who You Are:

  • You have relevant qualifications and experience in administrative roles.
  • You possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
