Adviser Development and Training Manager

Belfast / Ballymena

A directly authorised Mortgage and Protection Broker based near Belfast has a vacancy for an Adviser Development and Training Manager.

This a key role in the firm's future plans and has arisen due to ongoing expansion.

You will also be actively involved in the recruitment, on-boarding, training and development of Mortgage and Protection Advisers.

This will include running training courses. These will be both F2F and also online on CRM's, product sourcing software, compliance, fact finds, etc.

You will also monitor new advisers KPI's and compliance with the objective of getting the advisers to CAS as quickly as possible.

You will work closely with the Managing Director, the administration team, compliance manager, product providers and other key stakeholders

Previous experience in recruiting, training and developing mortgage advisers is advantageous as is possessing the CeMAP qualification.

There is a highly competitive package including a salary of to £40,000 - £50,000 is on offer to the right candidate and this role can be fully remote for the right candidate
