Position Details
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- Duration: Initial contract for 6 months
- Salary: £14.53 per hour
Key Responsibilities
As an Information Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and analysing sensitive health data. Your responsibilities will include:
- Data Management: Collate, analyse, and validate complex data sets for projects, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Quality Assurance: Liaise with health professionals to promote high-quality data collection and coordinate the validation of identified data errors.
- Reporting: Produce comprehensive reports on perinatal, maternal, and child health, ensuring timely communication of findings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex information clearly through written reports and presentations tailored for various audiences.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- A university degree or professional qualification in a health service-related field with at least one year of relevant experience, or four years of relevant experience without a degree.
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
- A minimum of two year's practical experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
