Position Details

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
  • Duration: Initial contract for 6 months
  • Salary: £14.53 per hour

Key Responsibilities

As an Information Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and analysing sensitive health data. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data Management: Collate, analyse, and validate complex data sets for projects, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Quality Assurance: Liaise with health professionals to promote high-quality data collection and coordinate the validation of identified data errors.
  • Reporting: Produce comprehensive reports on perinatal, maternal, and child health, ensuring timely communication of findings.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex information clearly through written reports and presentations tailored for various audiences.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • A university degree or professional qualification in a health service-related field with at least one year of relevant experience, or four years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
  • A minimum of two year's practical experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
