Job Title: Paint Prepper
Location: Ballymena, County Antrim
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: 12.86 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a number of Body Preparation Operatives for temporary to permanent roles based in Ballymena.
To efficiently prepare all vehicles for the paint process in accordance with company procedures, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare aluminium panels using an orbital sander.
- Prepare GRP panels and materials using an orbital sander and various rubbing blocks.
- Identify and repair small dents in aluminium panels.
- Identify and repair minor imperfections in GRP products.
- Mask windows, door apertures, lights, and other components as required.
- Conduct pre-cleaning of vehicles before transfer into the paint booth.
- Work collaboratively within a team to meet production takt times and maintain high quality standards.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Adhere to company health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.
