Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls and provide expert advice, ensuring a positive experience for all callers.
- Accurately input data, maintain comprehensive records, and generate reports to support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate various departments, facilitating smooth communication and service delivery.
- Provide timely updates and essential information to Housing Officers to assist in their roles.
Essential Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong focus on interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Strong skills in data entry and record-keeping.
- Willingness to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Educational Background:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs graded A-C is required.
- Background Check: An AccessNI check will be necessary for this role.
Working Conditions
- Hours: (Apply online only), with variable shifts scheduled from Monday to Sunday. Times of work may change, must be fully flexible
- An hourly rate of 11.59, paid weekly.
- Fully office based.
