Job Summary:
Brookstreet UK Ltd are seeking a dedicated and proactive Temporary Neighbourhood Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is available due to sickness cover and offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic housing association environment. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all residents can enjoy their homes peacefully by addressing anti-social activity, nuisance, and breaches of tenancy agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for residents to report anti-social behaviour, nuisance, or breaches of tenancy agreements.
  • Accept and document reports of anti-social behaviour from residents, ensuring all incidents are thoroughly recorded and managed.
  • Complete detailed reports of all incidents, maintaining accurate records and supporting data for future reference.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, providing guidance and support to ensure they feel safe and supported in their homes.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as housing management and maintenance, as well as external agencies like local authorities and police, to resolve issues effectively.



Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a housing or community setting.
Experience in using MS packages
5 GCSE's at Grades A to C
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex situations.
The hourly rate of this role will be paid at 12.59 p/h paid on a weekly basis
