Brookstreet UK Ltd are seeking dynamic & self-motivated Telesales Appointers to join our well-known company, offering an exciting opportunity for growth and development. This hybrid working role comes with a competitive salary ranging from 28,000 to 30,000 per year.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate interest and secure buy-in for our products.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings using provided scripts and tailored messaging.
  • Build rapport with prospects and handle any inquiries or objections professionally.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth transition for follow-up discussions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively over the phone.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems is preferred.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
  • To succeed as a telesales appointer specialising in cold calling, a diverse skill set is essential
