As an Executive/ Personal Assistant you’ll be…
- Providing assistance and administrative support to the Directors
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Arranging events
- Managing emails and contacts
- Dealing with correspondence; telephone calls, emails, reports, letters
- Attendance and minuting of meetings
- Undertaking personal actions for the Directors

Must haves…
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with an excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities effectively
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to develop effective relationships both internally and externally
- Ideal candidate would have experience in the construction or property sector
