As an Executive/ Personal Assistant you’ll be…

  • Providing assistance and administrative support to the Directors
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Arranging events
  • Managing emails and contacts
  • Dealing with correspondence; telephone calls, emails, reports, letters
  • Attendance and minuting of meetings
  • Undertaking personal actions for the Directors
