My Client, a local health service provider with an exceptional reputation, require a housekeeper to assist their busy team.
Candidates MUST have their own Enhanced DBS and be comfortable working closely with the service users.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that all areas, including patients' rooms and public areas are kept clean and sanitary.
duties include but are not limited to;
* Mopping
* Vacuuming and sweeping floors
* Cleaning windows and dusting furniture
* Washing and changing linens on patients' beds
* Ensuring that all waste is disposed of properly
You can also expect to empty waste, replace the supplies in bathrooms and move items around as needed.
Housekeepers need to be:
* physically fit for moving, lifting and cleaning
* able to work as part of a team
* friendly and caring
* understanding of patients' needs
* able to take responsibility for their own work
* health and safety aware
* flexible and adaptable
* able to follow instructions and procedures
You'll also need
* good organisational skills
* good communication skills with staff and patients
Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 or 07:00 - 15:00
