Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Providing expert advice on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development
  • Leading and managing HR projects to improve business performance and employee engagement
  • Analysing HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategy development
  • Handling complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Working collaboratively with the wider HR team to drive initiatives and projects


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in a HR Business Partner role or similar position
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to analyse complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent (preferred)
