Description
Accounts Payable responsibilities:
- Looking after email inbox and sorting emails
- Set up new supplier accounts
- Inputting Accounts Payable invoices
- Liaising internally and externally on invoicing queries
- Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques
- Profit & Loss Accounts
- Providing cover for Accounts Receivable
Profile
A successful 'Accounts Payable' should have:
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms
- Efficient in handling large volumes of invoices
- Good experience in using Excel
- Works well on their own as well as in a team
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
